A 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any exception is made solely at management’s discretion in exceptional circumstances and is not guaranteed.
Therapist schedules, appointment times, current pricing and available enhancements are managed in Vagaro.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are late cancellations and are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in the full scheduled service amount being charged. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session while the full service fee still applies.
For guest and staff safety, the front entrance may be locked between appointments or while team members are in treatment rooms. If you arrive early, the door may remain secured until your provider is ready. If it is still locked at your scheduled appointment time, call 803-708-6671.
Master’s Touch provides professional massage, skincare and wellness services. You can communicate pressure, comfort, draping and service preferences with your provider at any time during the appointment.
On-site services are scheduled only for approved private residences, workplaces and event venues. Travel, parking, staffing and setup are confirmed in advance. We do not offer hotel-room outcall appointments.
Master’s Touch is a calm, low-noise wellness environment. Please use a soft conversational “spa voice” in the lobby, hallways and shared areas so guests already in session are not disturbed. Children cannot be left unattended in the lobby while a parent or guardian receives a service, and minor clients must have a parent or legal guardian present as required for their service.
