This privacy notice applies to our currently active website at masterstouchspa.floot.app, our intended permanent address masterstouchmfspa.com when connected, and private provider tools hosted with the site. Appointment booking and payment activity handled directly by Vagaro is also subject to Vagaro’s own privacy practices.
Information you choose to provide
Depending on the feature you use, we may receive information such as your name, email address, service or provider selection, visit date, client story, uploaded photos, consent choices, account information, or information you enter into a private provider profile.
How we use information
We use submitted information to operate the website, respond to requests, manage approved client stories and photos, provide provider-portal features, support scheduling and coverage workflows, maintain business records, improve the guest experience, and protect the security of our systems.
Client stories and photos
Stories and photos submitted through the Master’s Touch Wall are reviewed before publication. The permission choices on the submission determine whether approved material may be used on the website, social media, with a named provider, or on the official Google Business Profile. Private contact information is not intended for public display.
Small Business Networking Wall
Businesses can request a directory listing and choose which business details they authorize for public display. Business-owner contact names and private emails are used for follow-up and moderation rather than public display. The spa may privately photograph business cards, use automated image/text processing to create draft records, and search public business websites for possible matching details. Scanned cards and draft data are not publicly displayed. Listings are reviewed and require the business owner’s or authorized representative’s permission before publication. Participating businesses can request corrections or removal by contacting Master’s Touch. Links to independent businesses lead to third-party sites governed by their own practices.
Provider accounts and private business information
Service Provider Portal information is intended for authenticated users. Provider payment statements, scheduling controls, on-call preferences and other internal tools are not intended to be public. Providers are responsible for protecting their sign-in credentials and signing out on shared devices.
Google Calendar connections
A provider may optionally connect a Google Calendar to help the Master’s Touch scheduling system identify time conflicts. The scheduling workflow is designed to use busy time ranges for availability decisions rather than exposing personal event titles or descriptions to front-desk staff. Providers control whether they connect this feature and which calendar is selected.
Booking, payments and outside services
Master’s Touch uses third-party services to support parts of the digital experience. Vagaro is used for live appointment booking, service availability, memberships and gift cards. Google services may be used for directions, reviews, email, connected calendars or other authorized features. Other linked forms or technology providers may process information according to their own privacy terms.
Browser storage, security and analytics
The site may use browser or session storage for account sessions, preferences, feature state, security controls and site analytics. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information being handled, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and requests
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the relevant feature, maintain business or security records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may contact Master’s Touch to ask about information you submitted through this website or to request a correction or deletion where appropriate.
